Dear Nicole and Klaus It was a great pleasure to meet you and to accompany you on the way south to Toliara. We have seen and experienced a lot, thanks to your insider knowledge and years of Madagascar experience. Isalo Rock Lodge is a true Isalo paradise and the view from the room and from the rock impressed us very much. Very interesting was the sapphire digging town of Ilakaka and the visit to a mine where we could see first hand how muscle power is used to dig and search for sapphires. We have experienced Madagascar up close and wish you continued success and interested tourists who find their way to you.
