It is a <strong>private reserve<\/strong>which consists exclusively of dry forests. Many of Madagascar's smallest primates are found here, and even giant sparrows, which are becoming increasingly rare on the island, have found a refuge in the Kirindy Reserve. The reserve can be <strong>easy to reach by car from Morondava<\/strong>. Smaller bungalows invite you to spend the night, where you can also participate in a guided night hike.
